Client:  Beaulieu Convent School

Project Scale:  800m² Sports hall with dance and fitness studios in semi-basement below.

The scale and complexity of the Beaulieu Sports Hall project gave various challenges for the project team. RGA were involved with the conceptual design early in the pre-planning phase and we were able to review different structural options to ensure a cost efficient and buildable construction. This helped the school plan the project in detail both from the financial planning aspect, but also the business continuity aspect of running a busy school around a large construction site.
